15 minute session Immediate family only 15-25 digital files with reprinting rights delivered within 3 weeks details will be emailed prior to the session Session dates are as stated and non-transferrable to a new date. The following Terms and Conditions apply: 1. The deposit is nonrefundable in the event the Client cancels or changes the engagement. 2. If Photographer fails to appear at the place and time specified above, the deposit shall be refunded to the Client. 3. If Photographer voluntarily reschedules the session date due to circumstances beyond Photographer's control (ie. illness, death, unavoidable weather events), the non-refundable deposit remains non-refundable but transferrable. 4. If Client cancels, the non-refundable deposit is then forfeited, non-refundable and non-transferable at that time. 5. Please arrive on time. A specified time is given for each session. However arriving late may mean your session will be shorter. 6. 10-30 digital edited high resolution images from the session will be provided through an online gallery within 3 weeks. Although extreme care will be taken with the images and photographs taken during the session, any and all liability for loss, damage or failure to deliver pictures for any reason shall be limited to return of the Session Fee. 7. Photographer may capture many images during your session, but Client will see only those images carefully selected by the photographer in the gallery. Each finished image is carefully edited by the photographer to ensure it aligns with the photographers creative style. No unedited images will be released under any circumstance. Basic and necessary touch-ups will be performed at the discretion of the photographer. Any extensive requests above what is presented in the online gallery will be billed. 8. Photographer retains copyright to any and all photographs, and hereby grants the Client private printing rights for personal use only. 9. At such time that Photographer provides the Client with a digital gallery to download images, Photographer's contractual obligation is fulfilled. Refunds are prohibited and reshoots will be at the discretion of Photographer. 10. Client understands and acknowledges that post-session sneak peeks posted to any social media outlet are a courtesy. They are not to be re-edited. Client may opt to not have sneak peeks posted to social media, and must make Photographer aware of this prior to the end of the session. Animals are typically welco
